To launch the next development phase of the neighbourhood, the Urban Design Framework was presented publicly. This provided the public, for the first time, an opportunity to see the intentions and growth trajectories of the neighbourhood. Abandoned machine components and spaces that spoke of the industrial history of the area were used to communicate a story of the neighbourhoods future. Video installations, exhibition panels, models and the first of 12 public interventions formed the core of the exhibition.
